Our technical support team is here to help identify the replacement part(s) needed to ensure your office is up and running.  "A picture is worth a thousand words," and in many cases can help identify exactly what is needed for your repair.  With today's technology you are able to snap a photo and either text or email it off in seconds.  Our knowledgeable technical support team is then able to identify exactly what is needed and respond with accurate part numbers.  We are here to assist you with your repair needs.

Order Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to make changes or cancel an order that has already been submitted contact customer service at 704-938-1026.  Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restock fee depending on the status of the order at the time of cancellation.

Returns
Return of unopened, unused parts are accepted within 60 days of invoice date.  Custom and/or special-order parts as specified on this website are non-returnable. Most electric parts as specified by package stickering are non-returnable if package has been opened.  All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number to ensure accurate credit.  Return authorization numbers for unopened, unused parts may be requested by completeing the return authorization form.  CUSTOMERS MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 704-938-1026 TO REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FOR DEFECTIVE PARTS. Please be sure to have either the invoice number, purchase order number, or web ID available for the parts you are wanting to return.  Once returned part(s) is/are received and processed, credit will be issued in the same method that payment was received.  CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR PARTS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
